Jim uses his extensive experience working with companies like Banker’s Trust (now Deutsche Bank), adidas, Reebok, and Life is good® to keep us pointed in the right direction. He’s our go-to for everything techie, our CPA wannabe, and our stickler for making sure we always put our best foot forward.
While serious about business, thankfully he doesn’t take himself too seriously. He always makes time for a good laugh, sometimes even at his own expense! Above all, his confidence in the business is contagious.
After her glory days at some of the world’s most respected NYC ad agencies, and a 10-year “break” to be with her two children, Geri found a welcome new home with us in 2014. And she’s been dazzling us ever since.
Never one to stop challenging herself, she combines her advertising know-how with her skills as a licensed sales agent to elevate our game in ways you won’t find at other brokerages. Making it look easy is her specialty.
A digital native, millennial, writer and rhetoric major “back in the day,” Caitlin polishes our presentation and breathes life into our outbound marketing pieces. She knows our business process inside and out … because she’s been helping us develop it since early 2014!
Don’t be surprised if you hear back from Caitlin at night, on weekends, and over the holidays. She doesn’t actually live at our office, but it sometimes seems that way!
Accessible, supportive and considerate, we’d clone him if we could. With Stephen, there’s no pushing sales targets or giving self-serving pep talks; he’s all about understanding where you are with your business and finding ways to help.
When we first met Stephen, we thought we had seen him somewhere before … like on MTV back in the 80s. So far, he hasn’t come clean!
Our renaissance man, Lee has the credentials, education and experience fit for the Fortune 500. He’s a two-time CFO with a BA in Finance & Economics and an MS in Healthcare Informatics. His technology skills range from deploying sophisticated corporate software and hardware, to building websites and databases. If that weren’t enough, he’s also been a Real Estate Broker since the “mid 80’s”, with active licenses in VT, MA & FL.
Credentials aside, what we like best about Lee is his wry wit, self-deprecating humor and his reliable, analytical and pragmatic understanding of how things work in the world.
After experimenting with a range of naming ideas and concepts, the co-founders chose to combine their middle names ‘Andrew’ and ‘Mitchell’ to create Andrew Mitchell & Company. They liked its vibe and professionalism. It also emphasizes the importance of personal relationships, which are at the heart of the brokerage business.
Andrew Mitchell & Company opened for business on January 1, 2011. We started with no agents and no clients, and finished 2017 closing $50+ million in sales and rentals. We started in MA, but we are now licensed in MA, RI, and FL, with plans for additional expansion in the future.
As of January 2018, we have 33 agents on our brokerage roster; and we continue to grow our team each year.
There’s nothing virtual about our business. Our corporate office is in Marion, (MA), where Jim, Caitlin, and Geri work their magic. We are 100% agent-focused, providing services to support you and your clients. For MLS purposes, you can choose one of seven coverage areas: Boston, Belmont, Concord, Marion, Natick, Wellesley, Westford and Franklin, with more to come. Most of our agents prefer to work from home (or a local coffee shop). But, if you need or want an office, we’ll work with you to find the right solution.
We are currently licensed in MA, RI, and FL, with a Principal broker in each territory.
No experience necessary. We are fluent in high tech, low-tech, and even no tech. Whatever works for you is fine with us. We offer a variety of technology resources to make our agents’ lives easier; but we don’t force a cookie-cutter approach. Some agents become overnight “techie” successes, while others enjoy keeping things simple and ‘old school’. Either way, we give our agents our undivided attention and support.

Our centralized approach is designed to deliver the highest level of service no matter where you choose to work. We are passionate about providing a supportive and positive experience that will make you wonder why you didn’t join us sooner! We also host events to get together with our team for fun and professional networking throughout the year!
No way. Real estate doesn’t happen from behind desks. It happens at local coffee shops, community events, open houses and from your car. We believe our agents have better opportunities growing their business by doing what they do best: making their clients happy and staying connected with their friends, families, and local communities.
